1. Delivery Method

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked. Postage and packaging is included in the price of every item, so there are no additional charges at checkout.

2. Processing and Despatch

We aim to despatch all orders within 1–3 working days of receiving your order. You will receive a despatch confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number once your order has been shipped.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once despatched, Royal Mail Tracked deliveries within the UK typically arrive within 2–3 working days. Please note that these timescales are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. In all cases, your order will be delivered within 30 days of the date of purchase, as required by law.

4. Tracking Your Order

Your despatch confirmation email will include a tracking number. You can track your delivery at www.royalmail.com/track-your-item.

5. Failed or Missing Deliveries

If you are not available to receive your delivery, Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions on how to collect or rearrange delivery. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to amend it before despatch.
